You can't sign in, or never got the invite

This page is for everyone. Find the sentence that sounds like you.

Nine times out of ten the email arrived and you have not found it.

  1. Search your inbox for kordnate, not for the league’s name. The email comes from us.
  2. Check your spam or junk folder.
  3. If you use Gmail, check the Promotions tab.

Still nothing? The league most likely has a typo in your email address, or an old one. Ask the person who signed you up to check it and send it again. We cannot see or fix your league’s copy of your address.

Invite links stop working after a while, on purpose. Ask your league to send a new one. Nothing is lost — your sign-up, your payment, and your team are all still there.

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. It sends a reset link to your email address. If that email does not arrive either, read the first section again — it is the same problem.

“I signed in, but I don’t see my team”

Work down this list. Stop when one of them is true.

  • You are signed in with a different email address than the one the league has. This is the most common cause by far. Sign out and sign back in with the other one.
  • The league has not put you on the team yet. Ask them.
  • The season has not started. Some leagues build next season before they show it to anyone.
  • You belong to more than one league. Check the league switcher at the top left and make sure you are looking at the right one.

“I referee. I don’t have an account at all”

Section titled ““I referee. I don’t have an account at all””

You do not need one. Your league sends you a link for each game. That link is all you need, and it works without signing in. If a link does not open, ask the league to send it again — do not try to create an account.

“I’m the league admin and a parent can’t get in”

Section titled ““I’m the league admin and a parent can’t get in””

You can fix most of this yourself:

  1. Open your sign-ups in the sidebar — labelled Enrollments — and find them.
  2. Check the email address against what they tell you it is, letter by letter.
  3. Fix it if it is wrong, then send the invite again.

TODO — product owner to confirm the exact label of the re-send control.

We cannot tell you someone’s password, and we will not change an email address on a league’s behalf. Those are your league’s to manage, and that is deliberate — it is what stops a stranger from taking over a family’s account.
