Playing in one

You do not need a Kordnate account for most of this. If your league sent you a link, that link is the thing to use.

Signing up and paying

• Forms you were asked to sign — what they cover, and what happens to one you already signed if your league moves.

Getting in

• You can’t sign in, or never got the email — start here if a link does not work or you cannot find your team.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by your league, not by Kordnate. Ask whoever signed you up. If you want to know how they do it, the refund page for leagues shows what they see.

Still stuck?

Your league’s own organiser can answer far more than we can — they can see your sign-up, your payment, and your team. Ask them first. If something on Kordnate itself is broken, email support@kordnate.com.
